“Even after the war ends, people (in Ukraine) will still need to pick up their lives...these houses are permanent and can last them till then," says 40-year-old Singaporean architect Rudy Taslim. Together with his wife Ms Lam Bao Yan, the couple have built more than 500 insulated and shock-resistant emergency homes for Ukranians displaced by the war.
